She appraises single-family residences, small income properties, and residential lots under Stuart Wolf.  Alexis has appraised property throughout Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties. Irene Merrill - Commercial Appraisal Assistant

Irene Merrill entered the field of commercial appraisal in 1998, working for an established commercial and agricultural appraisal firm in Salinas.  In 2013 she began working for Appraisal Resource Group in their commercial and agricultural department.
She has worked with Stuart Wolf on nearly every type of commercial property throughout Monterey County, including industrial warehouses, multi-tenant commercial and office properties, retail properties, office buildings and condos, medical offices and medical condos, commercial and industrial properties and lands, and specialty properties such as churches.
Her agricultural assignments include row crop land, vineyards, ag coolers and greenhouses, as well as many ranch, grazing, and rural recreational properties.  Many of the ag and ranch properties have contained considerable acreages.  The ag and ranch properties are primarily in Monterey County, but some have been in Santa Cruz and San Benito counties as well.  Analysis of ag land requires knowledge of soil types, topography, microclimates, water, and farming practices, and the costs associated with row crop and vineyard cultivation – and Irene stays on top of all of these factors.
She has a long and varied history in civic involvement, going back more than 40 years in her community of Salinas.  Her community, civic, and charity commitments have included organizations such as Jaycee Women, American Cancer Society, United Way, and Salvation Army.  Her prime commitment since 1999 has been to Rotary, first in Salinas Northeast Rotary and then in 2015 she transferred to the Rotary Club of Salinas Alisal, which she founded in 2009.  She has been the Youth Services Chair for the club for several years.  She also served the Rotary District 5230 (which covers 4 counties:  Monterey, Fresno, Tulare, and Kings) in a number of capacities, including Assistant District Governor, District Interact/Rotaract Chair, and District Grants Chair, for which she received the “Service Above Self” award from The Rotary Foundation.
While originally an Army brat, Irene attended local schools including Roosevelt Elementary and Salinas High School, as well as Hartnell College and San Jose State.  Irene is also a graduate of Leadership Salinas Valley, Class III.

Rosie - Customer Relations & Office Greeter

Rosie is our official Office Greeter and Customer Relations Specialist. She is always enthusiastic to go to the office (much more than the rest of us) and brightens up every day. Rosie holds her dog license with the County of Monterey and is a certified cuddle bug. Rosie has received numerous acclamations and vaccinations during her career. Rosie was picked up as a stray in Greenfield and adopted from the Salinas Animal Shelter in August of 2022 by Stuart and Nathalie as a very scruffy mess. Rosie now enjoys sleeping in the good recliner and being treated like a princess. Her hobbies include going for long walks, chasing squirrels, tug-of-war, and destroying chew toys.
