Stuart is the owner of Appraisal Resource Group. Stuart has been an independent fee appraiser since 1982. A lifetime resident of Monterey County, Stuart appraises high-end residential, commercial, and agriculture properties.

Stuart is a second generation real estate professional with an appraiser father and real estate broker mother. Stuart is a resident of the Toro Area where he lives with his wife Nathalie and three sons Andy (1989), Alex (1993) and Spencer (2000). His passions are Tennis, Surfing, Skiing, riding dirtbikes and spending time with the family.

Since 1982, Stuart personally appraised over $1 Billion worth of residential and commercial real estate in Monterey, Santa Cruz & San Benito Counties

Since 1998 Stuart has bought and sold almost three million dollars worth of real estate for his own investment portfolio which has provided extensive personal knowledge of the purchase, financing and escrow process. Stuart manages all of his own rental properties and is therefore particularly in tune with rent trends and proper management and building maintenance techniques.  

Melissa La Fountain Melissa has been with the company since August of 2004 as an appraiser focusing on commercial appraisals. She has obtained her Certified General License from the California Office of Real Estate Appraisers. Melissa graduated with honors from California State University, Sacramento with a Bachelor’s Degree in Government and is an alumnus of Notre Dame High School in Salinas. Amanda “Mandy” Lebow A licensed residential appraiser who has been with the company since 1998. Mandy’s primary areas of specialty are South Salinas, the Monterey Salinas Hwy Corridor and portions of the Monterey Peninsula. Gregory Migdale Greg is a licensed Certified Residential Appraiser who has been with the company since mid 2004. Greg is a graduate of Carmel High and graduated from University of California Santa Barbara with honors and a degree in Philosophy and a degree in Comparative Religions. After college Greg spent several years traveling the world and teaching English for Georgetown University in Asia and the Far East. Greg and his wife Tarra live in Seaside. Greg specializes in single family and multi family appraisal primarily in the South Monterey County, Carmel, Marina, Monterey, and Seaside areas. Linda Miranda A Certified Residential Appraiser, Linda has been actively involved in real estate in Monterey County since 1990, Linda was a real estate sales person, and became a full time appraiser in 1994. Linda lives in the Aromas area of North Monterey County with her husband Aaron and her son Richie. Linda’s areas of specialty is residential property in North Monterey County, North Salinas and portions of San Benito and Santa Cruz Counties. lindamiranda@redshift.com
Lorrie Vela Our office manager in charge of the coordination of all appraisal assignments from the time of the request to the time of the delivery of the report. Lorrie also manages the day to day operations of the company. Lorrie has three grown children and lives in North Salinas with her husband Raul.
Nathalie Wolf Stuart’s wife, Nathalie is in charge of the bookkeeping duties. She handles deposits, payroll and employee tax materials. She also helps with accounts receivable and rebilling.
Lyle Weese Lyle has been with Appraisal Resource Group since April of 2006 working primarily on commercial property appraisals. He has received his appraiser trainee license and is working toward his certified general appraisal license. Lyle graduated from Montana State University with a degree in business finance and a second major in economics. He moved to Marina in the fall of 2005 with his wife Sierra where they live with their two dogs. Lyle was a decorated runner and was a four time all American at Montana State and competed in the 2004 Olympic track and field trials. Lyle remains active in running by working with the Just Run program for elementary school kids and with the Hartnell cross country team. lyleweese@redshift.com
Anthony Toschi Anthony has been with the company since October of 2007. He is in the process of obtaining his Trainee License and is working toward the ultimate goal of being a Certified General Appraiser. He works primarily on commercial properties and heads our property tax reduction department. Anthony received his Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from California State University, Fresno. He is a state licensed Real Estate Agent and General Contractor who has worked in the real estate industry since he was 18 yrs old.
