statement, ask them to send you a PMI removal information letter.
This letter will contain the specific guidelines on how to have your PMI
removed, and the address to send your documentation. An appraisal
will be required to prove that the loan balance is less than 80% of
the current market value.
STEP 3. Call Appraisal Resource
Group to determine if your value is high enough to have your PMI removed. If it is, you will need a formal written appraisal
to send to your lender. If you don’t have enough value, it costs
you nothing. Either way, there is no obligation or pressure.
